All on X is a complex full-arch implant treatment. Outcomes depend on individual factors including general health, bone quality, and post-treatment care.
Every dentist on our All on X team holds current registration with AHPRA. Where applicable, individual practitioners hold specialist registration in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery or Prosthodontics — their AHPRA registration numbers are available on request.
As at January 2026, our group has placed in excess of 15,000 dental implants across all clinics. Procedural volume is one of several factors associated with implant outcomes; it does not guarantee an individual result.
Where clinically appropriate, a fixed provisional bridge is fitted on the day of surgery. Suitability is confirmed during planning — not all patients are candidates for a same-day provisional.
Locations across Western Australia, Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales. Treatment continuity is supported through shared digital records and standardised clinical protocols.
Preferred provider arrangements with major Australian funds including HBF, Medibank, Bupa, nib, HCF, Qantas Assure, smile.com.au and CBHS. Rebates depend on your individual cover and item codes.
We collect and publish patient reviews without curation, including critical feedback. Reviews describe individual experiences and are not an indicator of likely clinical outcome for any other person.
At your initial consultation you'll meet the treating practitioner who will be responsible for your case. AHPRA registration numbers are displayed in each clinic and available on request.

The images below are of patients treated at our practice. Each patient has provided written informed consent for the use of their photograph. Individual results vary; the images do not represent a typical outcome and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of result for any other person.
Photographs are unaltered other than cropping and exposure adjustment. Lighting, angle and timeframe are matched where possible. Outcomes shown are not predictive of any individual patient's result.
This is a significant treatment — in time, in healing, and in cost. We'd rather you find out now if it's not the right fit.
After your complimentary consultation and paid diagnostics stage, the treatment itself happens across three consecutive days, with an optional zirconia upgrade 3–6 months later.
Implants placed under IV sedation or general anaesthetic. Any remaining non-viable teeth are removed. You rest afterwards.
A prototype is tried in so you can see and approve the shape, size and colour of your new smile before the acrylic is finalised.
Your final acrylic teeth are fitted. This is your functional long-term smile if you stay with acrylic ($19,000 per jaw).
An optional upgrade to zirconia ($25,000 per jaw), fitted across 2–3 additional appointments. Long-term maintenance includes a 4-week review, 6-month clean and a 2-year deep clean if required.
The material of your final teeth affects appearance, longevity, comfort and cost. Both options are discussed at consultation so you can decide what suits your individual situation.
| Feature | Acrylic teeth | Zirconia teeth |

All on X is one option for restoring a full arch of teeth. It involves placement of four implants, removal of any remaining failing teeth, and fitting of a fixed bridge. Suitability and likely outcomes are assessed individually at consultation.
Surgery is performed under IV sedation or general anaesthetic. Post-operative discomfort is common and is generally managed with prescribed medication. The level and duration of discomfort varies between individuals. Any surgical procedure carries risks including infection, bleeding, nerve disturbance and implant failure; these are discussed in detail at consultation.
A soft-food diet is generally required for the first 6–8 weeks while implants integrate with bone (osseointegration). Final teeth are typically fitted around the 4–6 month mark. Recovery time varies between individuals and depends on factors including general health and adherence to post-operative instructions.
Published clinical evidence supports good long-term outcomes for many patients with appropriate care; however, no implant treatment is guaranteed. The fixed bridge typically requires review and may need replacement over time. Ongoing check-ups and good oral hygiene are essential.
Indicative pricing at our practice is $19,000 per jaw for acrylic teeth or $25,000 per jaw for zirconia teeth. Treatment costs vary depending on clinical needs, materials selected and complexity, and are confirmed in a written quote after a consultation.
We accept Afterpay (up to $2,000, interest-free over 6–8 weeks), Humm (up to $20,000, interest-free over 40 months), Humm 90 (up to $50,000, interest-free), TLC / Total Lifestyle Credit (up to $50,000, rates from 8.99% over 60 months) and, in certain circumstances, early compassionate release of superannuation. Lender approval and T&Cs apply.
All on X was developed in part to allow treatment for patients with reduced bone in the back of the jaw, by angling the posterior implants. Bone grafting may still be required in some cases. Your bone condition is assessed through 3D imagery taken during the diagnostic stage — which follows the complimentary initial consultation if you choose to proceed.
All surgical and invasive procedures carry risks. For implant surgery, these include but are not limited to: infection, bleeding, nerve disturbance, sinus complications (upper jaw), implant failure, prosthetic complications and the need for revision treatment. Risks are discussed individually before consent. You may wish to seek a second opinion from another appropriately qualified practitioner before proceeding.
Your complimentary consultation is a chance to meet the treating dentist, discuss your situation and understand whether All on X may be suitable for you. Diagnostics, 3D imagery and pricing are confirmed in a subsequent paid planning appointment if you choose to proceed.
