All on X is one of several treatment options for missing teeth. It is most commonly considered by patients in the following situations. Final suitability is determined during consultation.
People missing most or all teeth in one or both jaws, looking for a fixed replacement rather than dentures.
Patients whose remaining teeth are loose, damaged or failing due to advanced decay, gum disease or trauma.
Patients using removable dentures who find them difficult, uncomfortable, or want a more stable alternative.
Patients who want a fixed, more stable long-term approach and are prepared to consider surgery and costs.
After your initial complimentary consultation and paid diagnostics stage, the treatment itself happens across three consecutive days, with an optional zirconia upgrade 3–6 months later.
Implants placed under IV sedation or general anaesthetic. Any remaining non-viable teeth removed. You rest and recover afterwards.
A prototype is tried in so you can see and approve the shape, size and colour of your new smile before the acrylic is finalised.
Your final acrylic teeth are fitted. This is your functional long-term smile if you stay with acrylic ($19,000 per jaw).
An optional upgrade to zirconia ($25,000 per jaw). Fitted across 2–3 additional appointments — first try-in, second try-in, then final permanent insert.
Long-term maintenance: 4-week post-surgery review with oral hygiene & nightguard instructions, 6-month hygiene check and clean, and a 2-year All on X deep clean if required.
Treatment costs vary depending on clinical needs, materials selected and complexity. Prices are a general guide, confirmed in a written quote after consultation.
*Indicative weekly figure based on acrylic at $19,000 per jaw, over a 60-month interest-free payment plan via an approved third-party lender, after standard deposit. Subject to credit approval and lender T&Cs.

No. The consultation is a chance to understand your situation and options. If you proceed to the paid diagnostics stage, you receive a written treatment plan and quote to consider before committing. You may seek a second opinion at any stage.
Surgery is performed under IV sedation or general anaesthetic. Post-operative discomfort is common and is generally managed with prescribed medication. Experience varies between individuals. Any surgical procedure carries risks which are discussed in detail at the diagnostics and consent stage.
A soft-food diet is generally required for 6–8 weeks while implants integrate with bone. Final teeth (if upgrading to zirconia) are typically fitted at 3–6 months. Recovery time varies between individuals.
All surgical and invasive procedures carry risks. For implant surgery, these include infection, bleeding, nerve disturbance, sinus complications (upper jaw), implant failure, prosthetic complications and the need for revision treatment. Risks are discussed individually before consent. You may wish to seek a second opinion from another appropriately qualified practitioner.
